Contract
This contract governs the legal relationship between IVSMDB and users who access and use the platform.

3. Obligations of the parties
3.1. Platform obligations

- 3.1.2. Make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability.
3.2. User obligations
- 3.2.1. Use the platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- 3.2.2. Comply with this contract and related policies.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. IVSMDB shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.
5. Termination
5.1. IVSMDB may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of this contract.
6. Governing law
6.1. This contract shall be governed by applicable international regulations.
